We can’t supply a certificate stating an item is not real, however we can show you the “Unidentified” result. As the process is the same regardless of the result, we still need to charge for unidentifiable items.

4. Can I mail in my sneakers?
Currently we do require you to bring the item in to us to be authenticated, as we aren’t able to take them via the post.
