Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship same business day if placed before 1pm, during peak times orders may require extra processing time.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our Express Post shipping (free for all gold jewellery) is often delivered within 1 business day to metro areas within Australia. Standard Shipping can take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive. Please allow extra time for processing your order. If you need it by a specific date please contact us so we can help ensure it arrives on time.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free express shipping on all gold jewellery within Australia.

Who will deliver my order?

We use a combination of Australia Post and courier services to deliver orders Australia wide. We typically use Australia Post but use couriers for large and heavy items like paintings & musical equipment.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! All orders ship with a tracking number. We send tracking numbers via email once your order has shipped.

How are orders packed?

Jewellery and small items will arrive neatly packed inside standard Australia Post boxes where as single coins and silver charms are shipped as registered letters. For bulky items we may use some recycled boxes when available.

Can I purchase online and pick up in store?

Absolutely. You can select pick up in store while checking out. Collection is available from our shop at 190 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley, Queensland 4006.

Items

Do I get the valuation with my Jewellery?

Yes! If a piece of jewellery has a valuation (stated on the listing) you will get the original valuation included with your purchase.

Are all of your watches serviced?

Not all of our watches are serviced as it is not always necessary. We make a note in the listing of watches that have been professionally serviced. If you would like a watch serviced prior to purchasing please contact us for a quote.

Are all your items genuine?

Yes! Whether it is designer fashion, watches or art we only deal in genuine items. If we have any doubts about the authenticity of an item we won’t buy or sell it.

Are all of your watches serviced?

Not all of our watches are serviced as it is not always necessary. We make a note in the listing of watches that have been professionally serviced. If you would like a watch serviced prior to purchasing please contact us for a quote.

Are all of your items second-hand?

The vast majority of our items are second-hand, however we do have some new items as well as rings created by the Monty’s team.

Payment

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods including Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay or Bank Transfer. All are available during checkout.

Do You offer lay-by?

Yes! We love lay-bys and offer 30, 60 or 90 days to pay. To learn more about lay-bys check out this page.

International orders

Do you live outside of Australia? Then read on to learn about our international shipping.

Are all your items available to ship internationally?

Unfortunately not, heavy or bulky items like paintings and statues can’t be shipped internationally. For jewellery and watches over $1500 AUD please contact us as customs processes vary from country to country.

Are your prices in Australian Dollars?

Yes! All our prices are in Australian Dollars.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, & many European countries. You can find the full list at checkout, as it is always being reviewed and expanded on.
