1. How accurate are the results?
Over 99% accurate. It is highly unlikely a result will be mistakenly identified, so that is why there is a financial guarantee. This essentially means you are compensated following a dispute process which you can read more about here.
2. What happens if My bag isn’t real?
We can’t supply a certificate stating an item is not real, however we can show you the “Unidentified” result. As the process is the same regardless of the result, we still need to charge for unidentifiable items.
3. Are counterfeit items common?
Unfortunately yes. We see hundreds of imitations a year come through the door and some are of a very high quality. That’s why it is so important to be careful when purchasing second-hand.
4. Can I mail in my item?
Currently we do require you to bring the item in to us to be authenticated, as we aren’t able to take them via the post.
