Description

This beautiful and bright mezzotint print is the work of Japanese artist Yukio Fukazawa from 1969. It is printed on high quality paper and has been hand signed and numbered. This print is a limited edition of 30 and you will receive the one shown in the photo.

The paper size is approximately 52×37.5cm.

Shigeki Kuroda, born in Yokohama in 1953, graduated from Tama Art University in 1976. In 1984, he received a fellowship from the Japanese government to further his studies in printmaking in the United States. Specializing in techniques like aquatint, mezzotint, drypoint, and etching, Kuroda is known for his mastery of fine lines and delicate tonal variations. His works have been showcased globally and are held in prestigious collections, including the Chicago Art Institute, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the British Museum.
