Description

This is a Vintage Bauer Schach Mantle Clock Body Surround with a detailed bust of Beethoven. It’s made from bronzed plaster, so it has a nice, old-school look.

The original clock is missing, so you can pick one that suits your style or just leave it as is and use it as a decorative statue.

Size: Stands 23cm tall with a base that’s 17cm by 10.5cm.
Clock Spot: There’s a spot for a 58mm diameter clock.
Material: Plaster which is sealed and bronzed – durable and gives it that antique vibe.
Markings: It’s engraved with “Bauer Schach,” which means “chess pawn.”
Condition: It’s in good shape, with some minor scuffs (a bit of the plaster is shown on the bottom of the base) just waiting for a new clock to complete it.

Perfect for anyone who’s into classical music, vintage stuff, or just wants something cool for their mantle.
